Inspiration vs. motivation
For the past few days, I have been thinking about the difference between inspiration and motivation, and the quality of action that they determine. Due to lack of time, running around taking care of things that needed my attention, I haven't been posting as I would have liked to. Hi Palma, another great post. Being mindful is so much fun for me! I look for signs everywhere, everyday. From car tags to billboards to 18 wheelers. It’s amazing how you can think about something with a question in mind and then you look up and the answer is right there. I love it when this happens and it seems to happen to me all the time.

Hi Lisa, yes it is amazing how the Universe is ready to respond immediately, when we are open to it! The more it happens, the more we are truly in alignment.
I read pretty much anything with words on it. I’m particularly entertained by the “-God” series of billboards, and by church signs with witticisms on them, even though I’m not Christian.
I think that watching for interesting and relevant tidbits in the world is a kind of augury, using seemingly random things to spark ideas or insights. It can be very useful if you know how to work with it.
