After much coding, tweaking and testing, I am going live with Wordpress!
I have also worked extensively on a new redesign of the website, which should now be consistent when seen from different browsers and platforms.
I did like the old look above, but I am much happier with this one, as it is way more functional and allows for more interaction from all of you.
The site still needs some work, pages are missing or to be completed, but I have decided to do it online, so I won’t end up reworking on all the links and image paths.
Please, be patient while I am doing this… I promise, it won’t take long!
Being live, will motivate me to go faster and start posting regularly. All subscribers to the newsletter will be updated soon, when things are finalized.
Thank you to all the many visitors, even when the site was in complete hibernation… now, with Mercury out of retrograde and out of its shadow, the ball will start rolling again.
In the meantime, you can access the tutorials and use the free postcards, which I had to disable from the older version of the site. There is now a new feature available, where you can delay-send a card in the future (useful for birthdays or special occasions).
Love and Peace to you all.

palMITah!
I’m totally following you on this path.
Your site has given me much inspiration, am finally installing Wordpress and will build my new herb-site on this platform. You know, it’s always a gamble when you invest in a given content management system. There was a time when Movable Type and Wordpress seemed to be in the same league. I chose Movable Type because it allows for multiple sites running off one installation, and because my brother uses MT at his job, he wanted an MT installation for his personal site as well.
Unfortuantely, MT’s user forums are not well attended, and the documentation and help topics in general are spotty at best. Can’t figure out why there are so many 404’s from the most recent version’s help links. Just doesn’t bode well for MT.
I’m installing WP-MU for the multiple sites. In version 3 I hear that the two branches will merge into one script. That’ll help, I’m sure.
So here I am, following in your footsteps… onward toward that Mediterranean cruise featuring Latin music (cha cha cha) and perhaps a weekend trip up to The Promised Land of Netherlands.

Hi Alito!
I am so glad you are switching over to WordPress, you’ll be happy with it. It’s a great platform and the support forums are excellent.
I have also installed WPMU and BuddyPress (separate from the single user main blog) to create a community and move the forums there. Still playing around and having fun. I have heard about the version 3.0 merge, and I’m wondering if it would be wiser to wait until then (but I know I will not!
